Cancellation Policy

A performance may be cancelled up to 28 days before it is to occur. 

If a performance is cancelled less than 28 days before it is to occur an amount of 100% of the minimum payment 'as stated on the booking confirmation form' shall be payable to School Performance Tours.

So if a booking is no longer required please contact us A.S.A.P. and we will issue you with a cancellation number.  Please record this number, it is your proof that the booking has been cancelled.
