Dinosaurs, Orang-utans And Little People
Dinosaurs, Orang-utans And LittlePeople

Budding Little Scientists aims to engage your 3 to 5 year olds with totally safe, very visual and some hands-on scientific experiments.

Over the course of the show students are drawn back at intervals to, two hand sized objects as one of them continuously grows until by the end of the show it has doubled in size.

In a little over a minute Simon makes a mini air canon that with just a little help, children can make at home. The fun really begins when that one mini canon is added to the over 10 pre-made ones and every child gets the chance to send a blast of air that will wave the glittery curtains or knock over the standing skittles. This is all lots of fun; however children are amazed at the blast of air that Simon’s super-sized garbage bin air canon produces. Now that really gets things moving. Is it strong enough to knock over the super-sized skittles? - And if so, from what distance?

With so much to get through teachers are asked to assist students as small groups get a chance to participate in a number of activities.

Familiar terms like fast, slow, strong, weak, loud, soft, larger and smaller are used as kids get to predict outcomes and unfamiliar words are played with “No not ants and flies, the word is Amplifies”. You see dinosaurs often get words mixed up. Yes there is not one but two of the cutest but quite mischievous dinosaurs both adding to the fun.

With so much going on and so much fun this 45 minutes will have all your Budding Little Scientists - laughing as they learn.

Excellent - awesome. All the children were entertained. Please come back again.

Emma. Goodstart Early Learning Melton West. Melton West. VIC.

Children enjoyed the performance as did staff. It was age appropriate and very entertaining. The performer was professional, he did a wonderful job of engaging such a young and varied age group for the duration of the performance.

Carly Connauahton. Little Nippers Early Learning Centre. Merimbula. NSW.

Excellent, the performance was thoroughly enjoyed by the children and educators. It had a lot of humour that the children could relate to. The time that the performer gave at the end to meet the puppets up close and have photos was fantastic.
