Meet My Friends
Meet My Friends

A fun blend of drama, stories, poetry, puppets and colourful props. Funny, visual, light hearted, Meet My Friends is designed to encourage children to play nicely and resolve their differences.

Four and a half year old Louise has come home crying from kindergarten and is not keen to tell her Grand Dad (Poppie) why no one wants to play with her. Poppie persists and discovers that his puppet grand daughter Louise is very demanding and is trying too hard to make new friends at the kindergarten.

Poppie soon has Louise and the audience playing together as they learn songs and begun engrossed in the story of another young child who is having trouble fitting in.

Nadine Harvey. Pine Street Kindergarten. Manly. NSW.

Meet My Friends is great because it is teaching the children appropriate play and how to be a good friend and the knowledge they need to play nicely. The show was fantastic and the children loved it. The performer captivated the children straight away, the children laughed, smiled, felt comfortable to get involved! Amazing!!

Laura Corns. First Steps Child Care Centre. Whittington. VIC.

Great message for the children in regards to sharing. Very engaging and interactive. The children were very excited and sat through the whole time listening carefully. Loved how dancing, singing and musical instruments were incorporated.
