CJ’s Good Earth Gang is a colourful, fun-filled performance, featuring puppets and eye catching everyday object that have been re-imaged and designed into engaging handmade works of talking art. It’s in this exquisitely enthralling world that children learn they can all help to care for their own everyday environment.
Together, CJ’s Good Earth Gang teach kids the importance of looking after all creatures — from the polar bears in the Arctic to the penguins in the Antarctic, and all the animals that live in between, on land and under the sea.
Meet Scotch Eggy, a talking egg box with some truly EGG-cellent jokes! He’s full of laughs as he show children about recycling and why it matters for our planet.
Then there’s Lewis Lion, who reminds everyone to tidy up after themselves to keep our planet beautiful. He often tries to teach this to Nigel Crocodile, whose messy bedroom always gets the audience giggling while they learn the value of a clean environment.
And don’t forget Grandad George; he loves singing his zany songs about saving water and electricity - and how to stay safe while enjoying the sunshine and the outdoors.
Through catchy songs with easy-to-learn actions, entertaining stories, and age-appropriate comedy, the Gang helps children understand how to care for our world — and for one another — in a fun, memorable way.

Children and Staff loved it. CJ, the performer sang and acted out all types of music from all around the world. As well as using various instruments throughout the show our children were introduced to various types of music from Australia, Spain, England and America. They laughed, danced and sang all the way through the performance! Waltzing Matilda was one of the Australian songs and Nate and Paige sang along in the crowd. When CJ bought out the puppets, Wise Clive and Nigel, our children enjoyed listening to their songs and jokes. Children copied Clive as he said greetings in various languages and showed enthusiasm as they contributed to this experience.
